Nuvve Corporation, a green energy technology company specializing in vehicle-to-grid solutions, faced the challenge of coordinating service and support for its globally deployed EV charging station assets. They needed a better system to track asset information like warranty status and service contacts, having previously relied on spreadsheets. To solve this, Nuvve turned to the vendor Reftab for its asset management platform.

Reftab provided a simple-to-use central repository for all asset information. The integration of Reftab with Jira Service Desk via a plugin allowed the company to link service tickets directly to specific assets, keeping all information cohesive. As a result, Nuvve gained an efficient way to manage activity for its 600 tracked assets and prepare for 1,000 more, eliminating scattered information and providing a single source of truth for internal employees and external partners.
