Barminco, an underground drilling contractor, needed to reduce human error, manual data entry, and data loss in its reporting processes. Working with REFLEX, the company implemented IMDEXHUB-IQ™ to replace handwritten and triple-entered drill reports with a cloud-based system that could provide near real-time access to accurate data.

REFLEX expanded the original Daily Drill Report setup to include vehicle, rig, equipment pre-starts, maintenance reports, and gyrocompass integration. The result was faster reporting, fewer errors, and better visibility for Barminco and its clients, with end-of-month billing and reconciliation time cut from five days to hours, weekly PLODS input reduced from 12 hours to 2.5, and cost savings of 8.6% plus up to $36,000 per site per year in print-related expenses.
