PHD Launches Programs with Reflektive and Ranks #1 Agency for People Development

PHD, the fast-growing media agency, wanted to evolve its people strategy away from traditional performance reviews and build a more employee-centric approach that would improve engagement, retention, and development. Working with Reflektive, PHD sought tools to support goal setting, performance conversations, and recognition while reinforcing its people-first culture.
