Getinge, maker of the portable PulsioFlex medical device, needed a reusable way to train clinicians and simplify on-the-spot configuration of a complex mobile medical system, replacing cumbersome user manuals. To solve this, Getinge partnered with RE'FLEKT and used the REFLEKT ONE platform to develop an AR application, PulsioFlex AR, for hands-on training and device setup.

RE'FLEKT delivered a single AR solution—PulsioFlex AR—available on iPad and as a Microsoft HoloLens app, featuring X‑ray 3D visuals and step‑by‑step guidance for multiple procedures. The RE'FLEKT implementation reduced the risk of setup errors, streamlined training, improved information retention, and consolidated several procedures and manuals into one interactive, reusable tool.
