Daimler sought to improve the speed and safety of vehicle rescues by enhancing the visual representation of structural hazards in its MB Assist app. RE'FLEKT was brought in to upgrade the rescue information delivery, using its REFLEKT ONE augmented reality content platform to augment the existing digital rescue cards and better guide first responders.

RE'FLEKT implemented an AR mode that overlays internal vehicle components directly onto crash vehicles, plus a VR mode for interactive 3D models alongside the original 2D diagrams. The upgraded Mercedes‑Benz Rescue Assist is available in 23 languages and covers every Daimler vehicle from 1990 onward, increasing clarity for emergency services and improving rescue efficiency and safety through more intuitive, on‑scene visualization.
