Scotiabank, a leading multinational bank, faced the challenge of modernizing branch communications—moving away from traditional paper signage to appeal to younger customers, improve the in-branch experience, educate customers about new products, and speed up message delivery. To tackle this, Scotiabank engaged Reflect Systems and its ReflectView platform to deploy dynamic digital displays across branches.

Reflect Systems delivered a turnkey digital signage solution (ReflectView) with tailored multi-screen teller displays and lobby systems showing product information, corporate messaging, news, weather and live TV. Deployed in over 80 branches, the Reflect Systems implementation boosted employee morale, increased customer–staff dialogue and cross-sell of products, enabled localized messaging to reduce costs, and produced a significant rise in customer satisfaction when live Olympic broadcasts were shown.
