Reflect Creates Captivating Experience for Customers at Levi’s Times Square Flagship Store

Levi’s opened a 17,000 sq ft Times Square flagship and wanted digital signage that both "wowed" shoppers and delivered a hyper-local, personalized brand experience tied to the energy of the location. Reflect Systems was engaged to provide the digital design and integration, deploying large-scale LED installations and media playback hardware (BrightSign XT1144 players) to create a memorable, branded environment.

Reflect Systems installed more than 10 million LED pixels covering over 1,000 sq ft across three headline installations—a 41‑foot curved street-level wall, an escalator wrap, and an 82‑foot U‑shaped grand-hall display—driven by two BrightSign XT1144 players (with two additional units for redundancy). The hyper-local content and immersive LED vignettes produced strong customer reactions, increased in-store engagement and brand visibility, and helped make the new Levi’s Times Square store a decisive design and retail success.
