Polaris wanted a new in‑store experience to help buyers buy and sellers sell across its dealership network. To give shoppers product information and an easy way to customize off‑road vehicles, Polaris partnered with Reflect Systems to deploy interactive digital signage and a self‑service/assisted sales application.

Reflect Systems rolled out interactive digital signage across Polaris dealerships (50 locations), empowering shoppers and associates to build vehicles together. The solution drove double‑digit lifts in vehicle and accessories sales and earned industry recognition—2019 DIGI Award (Best Digital Signage, Interactive Application) and 2018 ELEVATE Award (Best CX, Retail).
