Place-Based Digital Media Sparkles for Spence Diamonds

Spence Diamonds, a retailer of lab-created Artisan Diamonds, needed a technology-forward in-store experience for its first U.S. store in Austin to communicate brand story, transparency and diamond education. To deliver place-based digital strategy and design, Spence engaged Reflect Systems to lead the digital strategy, solution design and end-to-end project management for the new location.

Reflect Systems implemented a cohesive 4K digital ecosystem—diamond-shaped front-window videowall (four 46" 4K), an 85" 4K brand wall with edge-lit Plexiglas logo, a bridal wall (four 40" 4K plus two 85" 4K), four 40" consultation-room displays and a 55" lounge screen with Remote Play—integrated to boost engagement and enable tablet-controlled sales presentations. The installation increased in-store engagement and customer education and won Spence Diamonds the 2017 DIGI Award for Best Digital Signage in a Retail Store, Local Rollout.
