Nebraska Furniture Mart of Texas faced the challenge of introducing a heritage retail brand to a new market while delivering a personalized, memorable experience across a massive 560,000 sq ft store (and 1.3M sq ft distribution center) expected to host 8–10 million visitors annually. To meet this scale and complexity they partnered with Reflect Systems, using Reflect’s ReflectView digital media platform and custom apps to address wayfinding, inventory visibility and in-store engagement from day one.

Reflect Systems implemented a suite of in-store digital solutions — including Reflect WayFinder, a custom retail application (17 touchscreens), five interactive kiosks, 20 gift-registry/credit kiosks, multiple passive and mosaic video walls (3x3 wall, 27-tile mosaic), an 84" 4K display and centralized content management via ReflectView — delivering 14 unique digital experiences across the store. The deployment gave shoppers real-time inventory lookup, intuitive 3D wayfinding, dynamic promotional messaging and richer brand storytelling, solved navigation in a very large format, and enabled Nebraska Furniture Mart to keep merchandising fresh and relevant at scale. Reflect Systems continues to manage content and interactive services, and the retailer reports the solution exceeded expectations operationally and culturally.
