Best Buy, a multinational retailer of technology and entertainment products, needed a way to manage a rapidly growing network of in‑store digital displays and keep product information and promotions fresh and consistent across locations. To address this, Best Buy selected Reflect Systems and its ReflectView solution to provide a scalable, media‑centric backbone for centralized content management and future in‑store initiatives.
Reflect Systems implemented ReflectView to provide flexible content management, programming, distribution and monitoring so Best Buy could control specific messages by store and region with minimal operational overhead. After lab testing and pilots, Reflect Systems deployed ReflectView to more than 1,100 Best Buy locations in the U.S., expanding digital displays across electronics departments, checkout aisles and in‑store audio while delivering a scalable platform for ongoing initiatives.
