How Momomi Grew Its Brand Through Word-of-Mouth

Momomi, an award-winning lifestyle brand known for its artisanal Japanese Soft Touch Tatami Mat, wanted to grow through word-of-mouth from parents while reducing reliance on rising Facebook ad spend.
