CycleBoard, a consumer electronics company that makes personal scooters, wanted to turn its strong customer community into a bigger engine for word-of-mouth sales. To do that, CycleBoard started a referral program with ReferralCandy, pairing it with its Test Drive and Ambassador programs so customers and creators could help promote the brand while earning rewards.

ReferralCandy helped CycleBoard launch and manage the program, including referral landing pages, unlimited rewards, and easy sharing through social and video content. The results were strong: CycleBoard generated over US$700,000 in referral sales, referrals drove 9.5% of all transactions, and more than 11,000 customers joined the program.
