The program drove measurable impact: a 10x ROI in the first months, over 82,961 page views (83,000+ impressions), roughly 100 → 225 monthly program joiners year-over-year, 10% of customers acquired via referrals, 10% of customers registered as members, about 460 new referrals (459 approved), and saved the company roughly 0.5 FTE.
