How BLACK + DECKER has taken customer advocacy to new heights

Black & Decker, a global leader in power tools and accessories, sought to enhance its customer advocacy and generate impactful consumer reviews for new product launches. They partnered with vendor Reevoo to overcome the challenge of having no customer feedback available for new products at launch, which they knew was critical for consumer purchasing decisions.

Reevoo implemented its Reevoo Launch service to fast-track the collection of reviews prior to a steam-mop launch, creating a pool of authentic feedback available from day one. The solution also included the Ask an Owner feature to foster peer-to-peer support. The results were significant: over 7,000 reviews were collected, a community of 1,500 advocates answered 100% of customer questions within 48 hours, and the campaign led to a 0% bounce rate for all search traffic containing the keyword 'review'.
