They worked with the vendor Reevoo, leveraging its service of aggregating unedited consumer reviews, to build trust and ease the fear of regret that causes customers to abandon their purchases.

The implemented solution involved integrating Reevoo's review content into basket abandonment emails through a partnership with remarketing firm SaleCycle. This strategy provided highly targeted social proof directly to hesitant customers. As a result, Dixons Retail now converts 3% of abandoned baskets, recovering approximately £35 million in yearly revenue, with A/B tests confirming that the Reevoo content directly contributed to this uplift in conversion.
