Compass Group’s Eurest and ESFM divisions needed a better way to connect managers and support professional development across a large, geographically dispersed workforce. Previous mentoring efforts were either too unstructured or too rigid, and both struggled with scheduling and sustained engagement. They turned to Reejig for a more scalable approach to mentorship and peer learning.

Reejig implemented a structured mentorship platform with user-led matching, Outlook and Microsoft Teams integration, automated reminders, discussion guides, and reporting. Compass Group launched two programs, one for casual peer support and one for career-focused mentoring, and saw a 39% increase in scheduled sessions during a campaign, more than 60 hours of future sessions booked, higher participant satisfaction, and less administrative work for the team.
