Stadtwerke München (SWM) is one of Germany’s largest municipal utilities, serving electricity, gas, heating, water, mobility and telecom services to Munich. Facing growing volumes of customer and meter data and limits with their legacy BMC Control‑M automation, SWM needed a more robust platform to orchestrate SAP IS‑U mass activities and automate the complex meter‑to‑cash process across diverse applications and data sources.
