bol.com is a leading Benelux online retailer with about 12 million active customers, more than 30 million products and over 30,000 partner sellers. Rapid growth created supply‑chain complexity: varied, frequent product feeds from partners, manual and inconsistent partner onboarding, and the need for real‑time inventory, accurate forecasting, next‑day delivery and order tracking.

To solve this, bol.com implemented Redwood’s event‑driven automation to orchestrate end‑to‑end supply‑chain and onboarding processes, extract and standardize supplier data, and push orders to logistics. The automation cut repetitive manual tasks, created a single standardized onboarding flow, avoided the need for roughly 10 additional staff, improved accuracy and scalability, and helped bol.com win customer service awards.
