Novamedia implemented Redwood RunMyJobs to automate ticket processing and system integrations, using an easy web-based interface, automatic alerts and manage-by-exception workflows. The automation cut manual checks, let planners create and change processes without technical support, delivered real-time alerts and automated reporting, improved accuracy and auditability, and produced significant time and cost savings (avoiding roughly one extra FTE).
