Centric Brands, a leading global lifestyle brand collective in the retail industry, needed to replace its end-of-support automation platform while protecting critical processes across a complex SAP and non-SAP environment. After previously using SAP BPA by Redwood, the company turned to Redwood Software and its workload automation solution, RunMyJobs by Redwood, to support business-critical reporting, financial planning, supply chain replenishment and data management without disrupting daily operations.

Redwood Software migrated Centric Brands’ two BPA environments and key workloads such as EDI, batch invoicing, report downloads and data replication. The transition was completed smoothly, under budget, and ahead of a year-end freeze, improving monitoring, visibility and SLA performance while reducing manual work and increasing accuracy. Centric Brands says the result was faster execution, better scalability and a stronger foundation for future growth.
