Perfection Pet Foods, a leading manufacturer of pet food and treats, faced significant challenges in scaling its distribution to meet rapid growth. Their existing Direct Plant Shipment system was insufficient for securing partnerships with larger retailers, and they required a new warehouse capable of achieving a rigorous Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification. The company turned to logistics vendor Redwood Logistics for a comprehensive solution to manage their entire distribution supply chain.

Redwood Logistics implemented its LPaaS operating model, opening a new distribution center equipped with Oracle WMS Cloud and integrated with their RedwoodConnect™ platform.
