Recruit Media builds patent-pending recruiting SaaS with Redwerk, training ML on 1.5M texts

Recruit Media, Inc. approached Redwerk with an idea for a unique recruiting platform. Their challenge was to develop a comprehensive SaaS solution from scratch that would serve both job seekers and recruiters. The platform needed to stand out with features like AI-powered keyword assignment for CVs and job ads, video recording with a teleprompter, in-app messaging, and robust content filtering.

Redwerk designed and built the entire platform using Microsoft Azure cloud services and the .NET framework. The solution included all the requested features, such as the unique teleprompter, machine learning for keywords, and integrated video interviews. The resulting high-quality product was so successful that Recruit Media was acquired by HireQuest, a US-based company with over 200 offices, in October 2021.
