PlusPlus, a business entertainment startup, needed to completely rewrite and stabilize its high-load Slack scoring bot. The original Python application was unstable and unable to scale to handle its immense traffic. Redwerk refactored the codebase and re-architected the application logic to optimize database and CPU usage. They implemented a custom Bot Manager to handle routing and scaled the system to process over one million user actions per minute.
