Change & Innovation Agency powers 10 government agencies with Redwerk

The Change & Innovation Agency (c!a) faced the challenge of building a fully-functioning, robust web application that could be easily customized for government agencies across the USA to help them tackle case overload and outdated systems. Partnering with software development vendor Redwerk, they set out to create an innovative e-government solution called Current to process citizens' requests for state-administered programs.

Redwerk developed the Current web application using the Microsoft Azure tech stack, ensuring it was fully ADA compliant and featured built-in analytics, real-time dashboards, and forecasting tools. The solution was successfully implemented by ten state and county human services agencies. As a result of this successful partnership, c!a was acquired by Vimo Inc. dba GetInsured in November 2021.
