The customer, Revlon, an international beauty brand, sought a modern way to communicate new product releases and sales techniques to its Australasian team. The challenge was to upskill a widespread retail workforce and maintain high industry standards without relying on costly, traditional in-person training methods. They engaged the vendor RedSeed for a solution involving bespoke courses and an LMS.
RedSeed implemented a self-registration LMS, allowing new users to self-enroll and existing staff to easily access the latest product knowledge courses. The solution provided tailored content for different retail environments. As a result, Revlon significantly reduced its training overheads by moving away from face-to-face workshops and successfully reached a far wider audience more easily and cost-effectively.
