The Hotels Network simplifies operations, enabling better customer experiences

The Hotels Network (THN), a hospitality technology company serving more than 20,000 hotels worldwide, needed a better way to combine real-time data with its machine learning models. But its existing Apache Kafka setup was complex to manage, introduced latency issues, and drove up infrastructure costs. THN turned to Redpanda Cloud to simplify operations and support real-time analytics.

Using Redpanda, THN integrated with Tinybird for streaming analytics and used Redpanda Console to monitor and debug data in one place. Redpanda delivered 2–3x lower end-to-end latency, sub-150ms response times, and nearly 100% uptime, while running on fewer compute resources and lowering costs. As a result, THN freed its engineers from infrastructure maintenance and could focus on building better products and data-driven experiences for hotels.
