Betserv, a small computer software company that provides consulting, real-time software, communication and CRM services to help clients increase turnover, was experiencing high latency, slow response times and difficulty operating and scaling its previous database—problems that were harming its eCommerce and CRM platform performance.

Betserv adopted Redis Enterprise to power user sessions, messaging, job/queue management, caching and notifications. The move delivered high availability and in-memory replication, reduced downtime, faster time-to-market, significant cost savings and the need for fewer specialized personnel, while providing higher, more stable performance; the company is now planning to migrate additional RDBMS data into Redis.
