Indian Pharma Giant deploys 16-node HCI in 4 days with Redington

Indian Pharma Giant, a major pharmaceutical company, faced the challenge of consolidating its complete infrastructure for drugs and pharma data analysis. This required a complex deployment across four different locations with 16 nodes, all within a strict timeline, to support its front-end applications, backend SQL, and proprietary analysis VMs. Redington was selected to implement a solution.

Redington successfully deployed a hyperconverged infrastructure solution using 16 VxRail E560 nodes with top-of-rack Ethernet switches. The entire HCI architecture was implemented, including TOR installation, in just four days. Redington's solution provided high availability of data with features like vMotion, HA, and DR, and helped the customer's team create applications and databases while migrating workloads.
