Responsive Website Design Adds Value to the School Community

Hebrew Academy, a Modern Orthodox day school in Miami Beach serving infants through grade 12 with about 560 students, needed to modernize its brand and replace an outdated website with an affordable, responsive solution that would engage families, integrate with parent portals, and be easy to maintain. After reviewing options, the school selected Rediker Software’s RediSite Responsive Website Design and Hosting to meet those goals.

Rediker Software implemented a customized RediSite site (launched September 2016) integrated with Rediker’s PlusPortals and Online Applications, adding responsive design, social feeds, site-wide alerts, a news bar, one-click sign-in, donation buttons and admissions call-to-actions. The result is an affordable, professional site that increased community engagement (allowing users to post, share and comment), reduced dependence on a single webmaster (division principals now maintain pages), and has become a tangible asset for student recruitment and enrollment retention.
