Wavelength, Australia’s largest medical recruitment agency, needed a stronger way to support employee retention and reinforce its people-first culture in a high-pressure, high-turnover industry. To help address this, Wavelength partnered with Redii and launched its employee recognition and reward program, Thank Bank, on the Redii platform.
Redii implemented Thank Bank as a people-led recognition program shaped by Wavelength employees, including input from the Culture Club on the program’s name, awards, and badges. The results were strong: 99% of staff logged in, 94% received recognition, 85% sent recognition, and the company recorded more than 750 recognition moments and 1,500+ wall interactions. Most notably, staff turnover fell by 5% in the last financial year, with many employees also showing long tenure.
