A Redii Case Study
Choice is Australia’s largest consumer organisation with over 170,000 members whose purpose is to protect and inform consumers. Choice faced a disconnect between its stated values and what employees felt the brand stood for, and needed to engage staff in a changing organisational vision. Redii worked with Choice through values workshops and a targeted recognition strategy to redefine and embed new values into everyday behaviours.
Redii helped Choice design and launch the “CHOICE Likes” recognition program (peer-to-peer, discretionary and leadership awards) after workshops that produced the values Truth, Help and Impact. The program drove measurable results: strongest membership levels in five years, improved employee engagement and NPS, increased retention and a reduction in staff turnover from 16% (FY2014) to around 7% today — outcomes Choice attributes directly to the work with Redii.
