Cinode, a company in the human resources industry, sought to automate and streamline its consultant matching process using AI and machine learning without compromising data security. They partnered with Redeploy to explore a proof-of-concept project that would help them stand out from competitors while maintaining complete control over their data.

Redeploy developed an AI-powered email processing system built on AWS services, including Amazon Bedrock and AWS Lambda. This solution automatically and semantically matched broker requests with consultant CVs, which successfully reduced manual workload. The project gave Cinode full data control within its own secure AWS environment and paved the way for future AI initiatives.
