University of Westminster - Customer Case Study

The University of Westminster, one of London’s largest higher education institutions, needed to future-proof its IT network to keep up with rising bandwidth demands, support a growing international student population, and eliminate a risky single point of failure between data centres. Redcentric worked with the University to upgrade its network environment with Brocade core routers and a NetIron CES 2000 Series switch.

Redcentric delivered a more resilient, high-speed platform with higher capacity and seamless traffic rerouting, improving the student and staff experience across campus. The results included better performance, stronger business continuity, and lower management and maintenance costs by standardising technology across data centres, helping the University stay ahead of user expectations.
