The Salvation Army - Customer Case Study

The Salvation Army, an international charitable organisation with more than 1.7 million members, needed a secure, reliable network to support its mission across over 1,000 locations. In 2014, it turned to Redcentric for a full Wide Area Network (WAN) to improve connectivity for staff, services, and community access.

Redcentric implemented an MPLS-based network with secure access to internal systems, safe internet access, and support for corporate services. The result was improved internal communication and staff efficiency, assured digital access for beneficiaries, and centralised costs that freed up funds for front-line mission work.
