RIBA Enterprises - Customer Case Study

RIBA Enterprises, which operates across multiple UK sites and supports many home workers, was struggling with a disjointed ICT infrastructure that couldn’t keep up with growth, created communication issues between branches, and involved complex, costly management across multiple ISP agreements. The company wanted a single supplier and a more integrated data and telephony solution from Redcentric to support VoIP, video conferencing, resilience, and better reporting.

Redcentric implemented an MPLS-based QoS-enabled IP VPN with call management across seven sites, along with voicemail, CMS, call logging, internet access, managed firewall, and remote access services. Redcentric’s solution gave RIBA Enterprises a single telephony network, free site-to-site VoIP calls, four-digit extensions, and a web-based reporting portal, while reducing costs and simplifying administration; call volumes also increased from 8,000 to 12,000 per month.
