HCRG Care Group, one of the UK’s leading providers of NHS and social care services, needed to speed up the transformation of front-line patient services while handling a large-scale IT transition. They were looking for a fully managed, scalable platform that could support rapid provisioning and give clinicians a desktop experience that better suited their work, and they chose Redcentric for the project.

Redcentric implemented a virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solution for an initial 2,000 users, valued at over £2.5 million across five years. The solution introduced single sign-on and persistent connections, reducing time wasted logging in and out of systems, improving consistency, and freeing staff to spend more time on patient care.
