Evans Cycles, the UK’s largest quality cycle retailer with 50 stores and a growing ecommerce operation, needed to replace an ageing end-of-life PBX while also cutting IT costs. The company’s legacy setup also included unreliable tape-based backups, overcharged calls and lines, a 2TB-plus data estate, and limited redundancy, creating pressure on a small ICT team.

Redcentric implemented a managed backup service first, then delivered hosted telephony for Head Office and took over the calls and lines estate.
