A hospital network faced a challenge with its aging infrastructure, including non-compliant boilers and outdated lighting systems that presented a high risk of failure. Needing a capital investment and a turnkey manager to streamline this long-term CAPEX project, the customer turned to Redaptive for an efficiency upgrade program.

Redaptive developed and funded a comprehensive solution that included replacing boilers, installing new cooling towers and a backup generator, upgrading electrical controls, and installing new roofs across 18 locations. This program significantly increased facility resilience and generated substantial savings. The results included a $20 million reduction in energy expenses, the avoidance of 24,000 metric tons of CO2 emissions, and a massive reduction in kWh consumption over the service term.
