A National Bank To Capture $17M In Savings From HVAC Optimization Program With No Capital Outlay

The customer, National Bank, faced a challenge with a large portion of aging HVAC assets in its real estate portfolio that were leading to expensive emergency repairs. Given the scale of the infrastructure and internal competition for capital, the bank engaged Redaptive to address this issue without any upfront cost.

Redaptive implemented an HVAC optimization program, providing the capital and resources to rapidly execute retrofits across 673 locations without disrupting day-to-day bank operations. The solution also mitigated costs associated with an R-22 refrigerant ban. The program delivered $52.5 million in gross energy and maintenance savings over 10 years and will avoid 10,220 metric tons of CO2 emissions.
