Royal Osteoporosis Society reaches 116,500 people with Red Stone's risk checker campaign

The Royal Osteoporosis Society (ROS), a UK charity, faced the challenge of raising awareness for osteoporosis, a condition that is often overlooked and underestimated despite being a leading cause of premature death and disability. They engaged Red Stone to launch a multi-channel campaign aimed at increasing awareness and driving traffic to their online risk checker, with a specific focus on encouraging women aged 45–54 to take action.

Red Stone developed a strategic and creative campaign centered on a powerful key message and a simple call to action to use the risk checker. Their solution, which included radio ads, social videos, and print assets, was informed by insights from people with lived experience. The campaign was a major success, with 116,500 people completing the risk check, far exceeding the target. This led to 86% of users making lifestyle changes and over 9,000 people receiving an early diagnosis.
