Hyperice, the recovery technology company behind products like the Hypervolt, faced a growing problem as its sales surged globally: counterfeit listings, scams, and brand damage across 68 countries. Its manual IP enforcement process was costly, time-consuming, and hard to scale, with teams spending heavily on multilingual litigation and repeated takedown efforts that often failed to keep listings from reappearing. Red Points helped Hyperice move away from this inefficient approach using its brand protection and IP enforcement platform.
With Red Points, Hyperice gained a scalable system that continuously scanned global marketplaces, identified infringing listings, and enabled mass takedowns. Since partnering in April 2020, Hyperice has removed more than 7,380 listings, enforced $13.2 million worth of counterfeit products, and achieved a 96.5% enforcement success rate, while reducing daily takedown requests from around 500 to just 10–15. Red Points also helped Hyperice save time and money while strengthening brand integrity and customer trust.
