Xchanging Malaysia Trains for Next-Generation Solutions

Xchanging Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of YTL Communications, needed to strengthen its team’s skills to deliver mobile internet and cloud-based hosting in the evolving cloud and OpenStack landscape. To support that goal, the company worked with Red Hat and used Red Hat Training and Certification to assess and build technical competency across its IT engineers.

Red Hat implemented customized, hands-on training and certification pathways, including RHCSA, RHCE, and Red Hat OpenStack Administration courses. As a result, Xchanging Malaysia reported faster system deployments, significantly fewer rollbacks, and continued zero-downtime rollouts, while also improving scalability, resilience, and overall delivery quality.
