Western Sydney University Modernises Learning with Red Hat Jboss Fuse

Western Sydney University needed to modernize its IT environment to support digital transformation, cloud-based services, and better online learning experiences, while replacing a complex web of point-to-point integrations. To address these challenges, Western Sydney University worked with Red Hat and used Red Hat JBoss Fuse, along with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Red Hat Consulting, to create a more flexible integration platform.

Red Hat implemented a unified integration solution that simplified the university’s architecture, enabled reusable integrations, and supported real-time data transfer across systems. The results included eliminating data transfer lag, reducing some process completion times by hours, saving weeks of project time, and removing the need for six virtual servers in one payment gateway project.
