Semperti, an infrastructure solutions company in Buenos Aires, Argentina, needed a faster way to introduce Red Hat open source solutions to customers, demonstrate use cases on demand, and train staff without building a proof of concept for every opportunity. To support this, Semperti used Red Hat® Online Partner Enablement Network (OPEN) and related demo resources to build skills and test solutions more efficiently.

Red Hat worked with Semperti’s team to assess needs, provide personalized enablement plans, and deliver online training and 24-7 lab access. As a result, Semperti increased sales and customer satisfaction, improved product knowledge, and saved time and money by using the Red Hat Product Demo System instead of creating a new demo environment, while also enabling employees to learn without interrupting customer engagements.
