Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Amazon Web Services Help Adobe Offer Cloud-Based Solutions

Adobe needed a way to give enterprise customers easy access to sandbox resources for testing and prototyping Adobe products, while also moving those offerings toward a scalable SaaS model. Using Red Hat Enterprise Linux with Amazon Web Services, Adobe set out to support both cloud and on-premise delivery with a secure, familiar platform.

Red Hat helped Adobe build and run cloud-based solutions, starting with a rapid LiveCycle sandbox and expanding into production deployments such as Adobe LiveCycle Enterprise Suite and Adobe CQ. With Red Hat, Adobe achieved simpler deployment, stronger security confidence, and hybrid-cloud flexibility, while also saving an estimated $2–3 million per year through OS standardization; the partnership has since supported dozens of enterprise customers and is expected to more than double.
