NTT ICT Simplifies Cloud Management for Customers with Red Hat Cloudforms

NTT Communications ICT Solutions (NTT ICT) needed a way to simplify management of customers’ increasingly complex, multi-platform cloud environments, which included VMware NSX and AWS, and to replace manual or ticket-based processes with a more unified approach. With help from Red Hat Consulting, NTT ICT chose Red Hat CloudForms to provide a single tool for managing compute, storage, and application resources through a centralized interface.

Red Hat implemented and integrated Red Hat CloudForms across the cloud platforms, creating a self-service catalog and automating provisioning and orchestration. As a result, NTT Communications ICT Solutions improved user experience, sped up customer onboarding, saved significant time through automation, and gained a scalable foundation for future growth and innovation.
