London Borough of Camden Council Improves Service Delivery with Red Hat

Camden Council, the local authority for the London Borough of Camden, needed a more efficient way to deliver online services to a growing population without increasing costs. To improve integration across departmental systems and support future flexibility with suppliers, it turned to Red Hat, using Red Hat JBoss Fuse, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Red Hat Consulting.

Red Hat implemented a service-oriented integration architecture that connected back-end systems with a new supplier’s MIS, while mentoring Camden Council’s in-house team. The project was completed in just eight weeks and delivered improved integration, lower operational costs, reduced vendor lock-in, and a reusable platform for future technology deployments.
