Red Hat worked with Liquid Web to deliver hands-on training and certification for support staff, including RHCSA and RHCE paths. More than 150 employees were trained and certified, helping reduce issue resolution time by 37%, raise customer satisfaction to 98%, and support Liquid Web’s growth into a US$100 million hosting provider with a Net Promoter Score of 72.
