To improve efficiency, G-ABLE turned to Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization and Red Hat CloudForms to manage projects and service requests more effectively.
Red Hat implemented a virtual environment with automated workflows and a self-service portal through Red Hat CloudForms, supported by Red Hat Consulting and Training. As a result, G-ABLE improved resource allocation, increased operational visibility, strengthened chargeback and cost allocation, and cut provisioning time from about 60 days to nearly 95% faster than before.
